The pioneering glass pane support system with aluminum profile for the construction of a glass railing is the ideal system for balconies, stairs and fences of buildings with high architectural requirements. It offers an impressive aesthetic and functional effect, without limiting the view. It is maintenance free, easy to clean and manufactured in accordance with UNI EN 10807 & NF P01-013 standards.
The Crystal line system is available in 3 basic types (floor, floor and exterior) with different variants. The system can be placed on a finished floor or on a parapet and receives a vertical glass panel 16 or 20mm thick and up to 100cm high (triplex, securit).
The base is covered with aluminum caps and enables easy removal if the glass is replaced, without damaging the floor or the system itself. The lids are available in a wide variety of colors, in special colors, inox anodizing, as well as shades in imitation wood.
The Crystal Line system can accommodate a plain 16 or 20mm (triplex, securit) glass with special grinding at its finish.

The handrails are optional and available in the same color as the profile caps, offering a sense of security and aesthetically adding to the final aspect of the railing. They are painted with electrostatic paint in many shades, inox, as well as wood imitation colors.
Rail Test Categories: Housing / Residential use – 0,5 KN (0,5KN/m): A1, A2, B1
Relatively light constructions can be used for applications in homes. The glass balustrade must be able to withstand 0,5 KN per linear meter.
Office Function – 1 KN (1 KN/m): A2, B1, B2, C1
Glass balustrades in offices require the use of heavier materials. The glass must be thicker and the profiles must obviously be adapted accordingly. The glass balustrade must be able to withstand 1 KN per linear meter.
Public spaces and stadiums, where lot of people may assemble in small space, require robust balustrades. Glass thickness and heavy profiles provide safety under heavy loads. The glass Balustrade must be able to withstand up to 3 KN per linear meter.
